No. You keep using Copilot exactly as you do today. Company Brain is a knowledge layer Copilot retrieves verified context from.
Do we need to move documents out of SharePoint?
No. SharePoint remains the source. Company Brain reads from the locations you choose and keeps track of which version applies.
Can Copilot show things an employee is not allowed to see?
No. Company Brain inherits permissions from your source systems. An employee or an AI agent only gets answers built on knowledge they already have the right to see.
Does it work in Teams?

Do we need to build anything in Copilot Studio?
