Most tools only connect your existing files to AI. We build the knowledge together with you. We capture what is not written down, flag where the material disagrees and let an accountable person decide what applies.
How do we get started?

Do we need to replace our AI tools or other systems?
No. Company Brain is designed to work with tools you already use, such as ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot. Knowledge can be connected from existing sources or uploaded manually.
How does AI know which information applies?
When documents conflict or change, they are flagged. An accountable person selects the right version, while the source, date, owner and approver stay attached to the knowledge.
Can different roles have different access?
Yes. The permission structure you already have in Google Drive or SharePoint carries straight into Company Brain, so you never have to set it up again. An employee or AI agent can only use knowledge that person already has access to, and permissions can be refined further per document and role.
Can Company Brain power AI agents and automation?
