Frequently asked questions
Which Claude plan do we need?
The Luna Labs connector works across Claude plans, but for teams we recommend Claude Team or Enterprise. There, an owner enables it centrally for the whole organisation.
Do we need to build or code anything?
No. Luna Labs is already available as a connector in Claude. It is enabled in a few clicks and needs no custom connection.
Which sources does Company Brain draw knowledge from?
SharePoint, Google Drive and documents you upload. You choose which folders and documents to include. What is not written down anywhere is captured by the interview agent.
Does it work alongside Claude Projects?
Yes. Projects can keep holding material for a specific engagement, while Company Brain provides what applies to the whole company.
Does it work in Claude Desktop?
Yes. The connection works both in Claude on the web and in Claude Desktop.
Can our developers use it in Claude Code?
Yes. Claude Code supports MCP, so developers can pull approved development principles, architecture decisions and security rules from the same Company Brain.
Is our data used to train Anthropic’s models?
According to Anthropic, data from Team and Enterprise is not used for model training by default. Company Brain also only sends the knowledge needed for the question at hand.
Where is the knowledge stored?
Company Brain stores data within the EU.
Can we use the same Company Brain in ChatGPT or Copilot?
Yes. The knowledge is maintained in one place, and the same verified context can be connected to several AI tools and AI agents.
What does the interview agent do?
Much of what matters most is not written down anywhere, such as exceptions, experience and why things are done the way they are. The interview agent asks your people questions, finds the gaps in the material and turns the answers into knowledge an accountable person can verify.
